1. What this is
This policy explains what information OptionCraft ("we," "the app") collects and how it's used. By creating an account, you agree to this policy.
2. What we collect
- Account info: your email address (used to sign in and secure your account)
- What you create: journal trades, lesson progress, and your practice account size
- Anonymous usage data: which screens and features are used, plus crash reports (device model, OS version). This is never linked to your identity and never includes your trades
3. What we never do
No ads. No tracking across other apps or websites. No selling or sharing your personal data with anyone. Ever.
4. Third-party services
- Supabase stores your account and app data securely (encrypted in transit via TLS)
- Tradier & Finnhub receive only the stock ticker symbols you look up, to return market data and earnings dates. They receive nothing about you
- Google Firebase provides the anonymous usage statistics and crash reporting described above
5. Your control
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@optioncraft.app. We delete it permanently. (California residents: you have CCPA rights to know, delete, and opt out of "sales" — we don't sell data, so there's nothing to opt out of. EU residents: your GDPR rights to access, correct, and erase your data are honored via the same email.)
6. Children
OptionCraft is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at optioncraft.app with an updated date.
